BEFORE YOU START PLEASE NOTE: Some classes are sourced from other programs, so their day numbers may not always match the day numbers in this calendar.
This calendar gives you some optional extra strength and mobility classes to add in when you feel like it. This may require you to pause a video before the warm down/breathwork/savasana/meditation module to add in this mini class then go back to the original class to complete final section of the class.
