WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE DESKTOP AND MOBILE APPS?
Most things are the same between the desktop and mobile apps especially the login credentials and content. We are constantly working with developers on all ends to try and get our platform syncing as smooth as possible but we're still very early in the launch and it will take time, negotiation, money, and consistency for us to keep pushing for more change and improved features. Thanks so much for your patience as we get things more aligned and smooth over the next few months!
What is completely separate and does not sync between the desktop versus mobile apps?
The calendars are completely separate on the desktop and mobile apps
You can either add the videos to your own personal calendar through the browser version (see below for steps);
To add a video to your calendar from the browser version:
Login to the wolfpack platform.
Locate the video you wish to schedule.
Click the 'Add to Calendar' button underneath the video on the right-hand side and choose which personal calendar you would like to use.
Once you’re in the calendar, adjust/confirm the date/time of the satsang, then save the event.
You would then need to manually tick off any completed workouts in the app if you would like a record here too of what has been watched etc or you can continue to use the app as your source of truth for your calendar/scheduling and 'watched' list and then manually check off watched videos within the browser if you'd like a record there.. To do this, locate the video and click the 3 dots on the right hand side of the player then select 'Mark as watched'.
A "watched video" doesn't sync between the desktop and mobile apps
The community feature: coincidentally both the platform developers and the mobile apps developers released their own versions of their own communities after we launched our platform and they do not sync together. We don't want to open either community feature to our members since each of them have limitations we're not keen on. We would prefer to keep the community conversations going on our discord server where we have over 50 channels with many more features/channels and plus it allows people to be in our community for free even if they can't afford to be in our membership platform.
What does the DESKTOP have that the MOBILE APPS don't?
You can build a calendar by exporting it out of the platform (to Google Calendar, Outlook, iCal, etc)
What do the MOBILE APPS have that the DESKTOP doesn't?
Download videos and audio tracks for offline play
Create your own custom playlists so you can save your favorite classes
Play audio in the background within the mobile app (found in your profile settings) so you can play music at the same time as the video. On the desktop, you can open a second window tab for music but it's not within the BNF platform itself.
MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENT
We understand that each individual's circumstances and perception of value vary. That's why we're giving you the opportunity to choose your subscription fee plan at an amount that aligns with both your financial capacity and the value you place on our services. All subscription plans give you the exact same access to our content library of hundreds of videos, full program series, and a monthly live Q&A community video call. Between each month/annual billing cycle, you can always switch your price plan.
BILLING
Your subscription will automatically renew by charging your credit card or paypal account in your profile at the end of each billing cycle. In order to not be charged at the end of a billing cycle, you will need to cancel your membership at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle.

You will use the same login credentials regardless of what device or app you’re using to access the Breathe and Flow Membership Platform.
We highly recommend that you only sign up through the browser so we can provide you with full support and also offer you a refund if necessary [see full refund policy below]. If you sign up through a third party app such as Apple, Google Play Store, Roku, or Amazon, your subscription and payment information are managed by those parties. You must contact them to manage your account and any refund requests are completely their decision to accept or decline.

CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP
We’re bummed to see you go but you can cancel at any time.
We now offer the option to pause your membership as an alternative to canceling! Pausing your membership temporarily stops billing and access to services without closing your account. This is perfect if you need a break but plan to return.
Note: Pausing takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you have 3 weeks left, pausing today will take effect in 3 weeks.
To pause your membership:
Log in and go to your dashboard.
Click on purchases.
Find your active plan and click manage.
Click the drop down in the membership section and choose "pause" to stop temporarily.
To cancel your membership, you will need to cancel it in the platform you purchased it on:
WEBSITE: If you have signed up from the membership website, you will need to cancel your subscription through your Account Purchases following these steps:
Click on your purchases.
In the Membership section on top, click on “Cancel Membership” underneath your price plan
A popup will appear confirming that you want to cancel your membership and letting you know when the last day you can access content will be. Click “Cancel My Membership.”
You will receive an email notification that your membership has been canceled.
APP: If you signed up via mobile app in the App Store or Google Play Store, note that deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription via app, please follow the instructions for your phone below:
APPLE: On your phone, open Settings > App Store > Click your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Find the Breathe and Flow App > Cancel Subscription
ANDROID: On your phone, open Google Play Store > Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions > Find the Breathe and Flow App > Cancel Subscription
Once you cancel:
Your membership will remain active until it is automatically unsubscribed at the end of your billing cycle.
You will not be billed again.
Once your account is unsubscribed, you will no longer have access to the membership platform.
REFUNDS
We offer a free 7-day trial so you can fully experience our offerings before purchasing. Therefore, we do not provide refunds, as we believe this trial gives you ample opportunity to know exactly what you're getting. Upon signing up, it is clearly stated that this is a subscription based membership and your membership will automatically renew by charging your credit card or paypal account in your profile at the end of each billing cycle. In order to not be charged at the end of a billing cycle, you will need to cancel your membership at least 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
RESET PASSWORD
Currently. there is no way to reset your password within the app. You can reset your password at any time on the browser by following these instructions:
WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY LOGGED IN
Click on Account > Profile > My Profile Info > Change Password (above the Time Format):
WHEN YOU HAVE NOT LOGGED IN YET
On the Sign In page of the membership platform:
Click “Forgot Password?” below the password textbox
Enter your email to be sent a new password
Open your email inbox and click on the link from the email titled ”Password Reset Instructions”
Enter your new password
UPDATE PROFILE INFORMATION
You can update your profile info including your name, email, city, timezone, etc if you head to Accounts > Profile

Turn on your Roku device and TV
Navigate to the Roku home screen
Search and select the “Breathe and Flow” channel

Open the App Store on your Apple TV
Search and download the “Breathe and Flow” app
Launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions to log in

Navigate to the Fire TV home screen
Search and select the “Breathe and Flow” app
Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to log in
CHROMECAST
Requirements:
A Chromecast device (Chromecast, Chromecast Ultra, Chromecast with Google TV, etc.)
A compatible TV with an available HDMI port
A Wi-Fi network
A mobile device with the Google Home app installed (for initial setup)
Instructions:
Ensure your Chromecast device is set up and connected to your TV by ensuring that your TV is set to the correct HDMI input where your Chromecast is connected
Download and setup the Google Home App
To cast content to your TV, open the “Breathe and Flow” app on your mobile device
You can use your mobile device as a remote control to play, pause, adjust volume, and more
AIRPLAY (APPLE DEVICES)
Requirements:
An Apple device running iOS or macOS
An Apple TV (4th generation or later) or an AirPlay-compatible smart TV/speaker
Both the Apple device and the AirPlay device should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network
Instructions:
Make sure your Apple TV or compatible TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS device
Unlock your iPhone, iPad, or Mac and swipe down from the top-right corner (on iPhone or iPad) or click the Control Center icon in the menu bar (on Mac) to open Control Center and connect your device
Tap the "Screen Mirroring" (iOS) or "AirPlay Display" (macOS) option. On some devices, it might simply say "AirPlay." A list of available AirPlay devices will appear. Select your Apple TV or the AirPlay-compatible TV/speaker you want to use
Once connected, your iPhone, iPad, or Mac screen will be mirrored on the TV or displayed on the AirPlay-compatible device
Open the “Breathe and Flow” app on your iOS device
Tap the AirPlay icon and select your Apple TV
Follow any on-screen instructions to log in
You can control playback (play, pause, adjust volume, etc.) on your Apple device, and it will affect what's being displayed on the AirPlay-enabled screen

PLAYBACK ISSUES? FOLLOW OUR TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If you are experiencing any playback issues, you can try these troubleshooting tips before having to submit a support ticket:
Offload/reinstall the app to see if this resets/fixes the issue.
Clear all cookies and cache in your browser.
Try playing content using another device + network (For example, a friend's computer using their internet connection, or a cellular device not connected to your home internet).
Try playing the content within a different browser (for example Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari).
If your viewer is running any battery drain prevention apps or native software, disable the app or setting. (Android apps like these can significantly impact the playback experience).
Try playing the video in a lower-quality setting. To do this, navigate to the video player and click on the gear icon, then click on ‘Quality’ and select a specific quality setting. The vast majority of app video playback is below 720p (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Check to make sure your device is up-to-date and that it is still supported by the manufacturer.
If the device is running an older operating system and is no longer supported by the manufacturer, you may experience issues that we're unable to resolve.
Check VPN settings and security/blocking programs you have running. Resetting permissions for the BNF platform site may be necessary here.
If you still have issues with playback which you cannot resolve with these steps, then please submit a support ticket with the following information so that we can investigate further for you:
Email/name used for your Breathe and Flow account.
Link/URL to the page where you are having playback issues.
Computer/Device OS Version.
Browser type and browser version.
Any screenshots/video recordings that depict the problem.
