This Privacy Policy explains how Breathe and Flow LLC (“BNF,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you access any of our websites, apps, or services (“Services”). By using the Services you accept the practices described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. We may update this Policy from time to time, and continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
This Policy applies only to information collected directly by BNF. Third-party platforms (e.g., app stores, payment processors) have their own privacy practices—review them carefully.

We collect the personal data you provide when you:
- create an account or subscribe to our newsletter
- purchase a membership or use our mobile apps
Required details include: name, billing address, email, phone, country, state, ZIP/post code, and payment information (credit-card, PayPal, or Google Pay). Data is stored in the United States. Declining to provide required fields will limit access to the Services.
After you delete your account we retain your data for up to 30 days, then permanently erase it.
